TERMS & CONDITIONS  For the investigations background check or screening and for interviews, it is required a payment in full to provide the services. As far as the polygraph exams, a deposit of $150.00 (per test) is required to reserve to the day and the time of the examination and the balance to be paid the day of the examination, previous to the service is rendered. We accept major credit cards In case of cancellation you will be able to receive a complete reimbursement of the deposit ONLY and as long as you provide written warning of the cancellation to the examiner in the term of 48 hours previous to the examination. You might be able to receive a partial refund if you cancel within 24-48 hrs previous to services are rendered. Once the order for a background check is submitted it will not be refundable. We provided a discount to an individual or organization in the case if two or the more polygraph tests are reserved for a same day. The discount is based on the price of list. |
